[Mp4-tech] How to find out the bitrate in h264 bitstream?

Hi!
  I'm working on the H264 bitstream program, so that i can find out the frame rate (fps) and bitrate (kb/s), in the given h264 video file. I can be get the frame_rate  value by using below method.
    fram_rate = time_scale / (2 * num_units_in_tick).
   But, I don't know how to find out the accurate bitrate value in kb/s. If anyone knows means, please tell me. That will be great to me.
